Cravings for Junk Food

Don’t you sometimes feel as though you just HAVE to have your favorite food?

These can be Physical Cravings for junk food or Emotional Cravings for junk food (comfort foods). Hey, wouldn’t it be a lot easier if we had cravings for healthy food?

One of the nutritional products that I find really helps with cravings is Spirulina. This is also called blue-green algae.

It is known to be very high in plant protein and your body can digest it easily. It has more protein than tofu. It is a terrific food source for quick energy. People call it a “sea vegetable”.

Make sure, if you purchase any, that it is grown under hygienic conditions. You can purchase it in capsules and whenever you are feeling like you are craving some junk food, be sure to pop a few capsules in your mouth.

I’ll give more of the benefits in my next post.
