A successful allergy rotation diet will eliminate enough foods to help you feel well. Then you’ll reintroduce the offending foods one at a time to test your reaction. This makes it easy to separate possible allergies from definite allergies.

It is important to remove all possible offending foods all at once. Eliminating one food at a time is not an option, because if you have hidden food allergies you are most likely allergic to more than one food. If you had a strong allergy to just one food, you would have discovered it by now.

Keep in mind that if you have a variety of allergies, you may actually feel worse the first three to five days that you are on the allergy rotation diet. You may be experiencing withdrawal symptoms.
