		<description>Hi Sue,
Thanks for commenting on my blog, and I know that it is very difficult, that when you have even 1 coke or 1 biscuit, that triggers the body to want more, and crave and crave - but even when you keep eating - you never really feel satisfied, right?

The biggest thing with cravings and addictions is the lack of nutrition in our body -- and most of our regular foods are not giving the full nutrition we need.

One of my favorite resources to help people make the right choices is http://www.dianarecommends.com/acidalkaline.html I have found that website to be a tremendous resouroce for many people.

I also see you have signed up for my Cravings Coach TIPS newsletter, and I hope that you will find help there too.

Also, of course, I have my www.cravingsecrets.com ebook which I do recommend too!

Take it by baby steps -- try to start your day with green vegetables - even some cucumber and celergy -- I know, I know, that doesn&#039;t sound like something you will want first thing in the day, but slowly you can replace the starches and sugars with vegetables. It takes time but it is possible!

Wishing you Vibrant Health!
