Diana’s going to be 60 in the summer – part 2 —- here’s my other son, he’s 19, and this photo was taken a few weeks ago.

I just can’t tell you how blessed I feel to be here, and be vibrantly healthy and able to enjoy my time with family and friends.  Life is meant to be enjoyed, and I hope you are taking the time to really enjoy your family and friends.

Our attitudes and thoughts have so much to do with how we live our lives. Do you notice how wonderful it is to be around people who are full of LIFE, ENERGY and JOY?  Both my sons are so vibrantly alive and caring and I love being around them.

Reduce your intake of saturated fat and cholesterol
