Healthy Tip for Summer - Drink lots of Water

OK — you’ve heard it so often, but this is a reminder to drink lots of water.
If you are not well hydrated you may:
- be constipated
- have headaches
- have memory loss
- feel fatigued
- have dry skin
- have dry chapped lips
Here are the wonderful benefits of drinking lots of water - being hydrated:
- better health
- fat loss
- energy!
Here is another important point — sometimes when you are craving food, you really are dehydrated — so drink water, and the craving may pass.

Thanks for the reminder! Lately I’ve been having headaches and have dry, chapped lips. I bet it’s because I’m not drinking enough water! (I’m not even one of those people who hate drinking water, I just forget to do it sometimes
)
