Journey to Joy

August 29, 2007

Stress and particularly family stress, contribute to over-eating, snacking, cravings for junk food and fast food.
My recommendation to you to reduce stress and balance your emotional live is  to be sure and check out my friend Aurelia’s Journey to Joy  — even the name of her ebook makes me feel happy!

Be sure and let me know if you find help and insights for whatever you are currently going through, with Aurelia’s wonderful support, okay?

Okay Diana - I must be stressed because I’m eating non-stop - I need to be over here more often! Back to school is busy for me at home and professionally, so I’m nibbling incessantly. How’s your son doing?

    Hi Sharon
Oh, thanks for dropping by — and you are welcome to come on over any time you want!
Thanks for your thoughts about my son - he is doing just great. It was such a relief when Hurricane Dean in fact went south of Jamaica (which I know was a concern to you) and south of the Cayman Islands, so there was not as much impact. He really, really loves it there! I sure want to go over and visit him - but I’ll wait until Hurricane season is over!
