Now, if you are into the internet a lot, you will know about Squidoo. Squidoo is a social networking area on the internet in which you can create “lenses” - like mini-websites. They are very easy to make and maintain.

I’ve included a video clip called “Raw for 30 Days” which you might be interested in.  I personally eat about 50% of my food raw - salads, raw nuts, raw seeds, sprouted seeds and grains, raw fruit and vegetables.  I am not a “Raw Foodist”, but I think that everyone can benefit from adding more raw foods to their diets.
