The result of cravings running our lives can lead to deterioration of our physical and mental health. At first it can be some unwanted pounds and lowered self-esteem, but this can turn into a vicious cycle, leading to more serious health problems like the ones listed below.

It can be a downward spiral – of eating or drinking the food or beverage that you crave – feeling up for a few minutes – then dropping down low again, and needing to fill that empty feeling.
