See my new Cravings Coach Graphics header?
November 12, 2007
Oh, I’ll get back to talking about Cravings very soon!
But I hope you noticed my wonderful new graphics header. I really needed a professional header, and when I set this site up a year ago, I did not have a fully clear vision of what I wanted.
Now that I have a clear vision - and particularly decided on my tagline: “Let’s go from Craving Junk Food to Craving Healthy Food”, naturally it was time for a new header.
Who did it for me, you ask…… Well, click this link for the Graphics Designer I use. I think you will be very pleased with Wendy’s work and it is very reasonably priced also.

Got something to say?

Hi Diana - your site looks great and the renovations are top notch. The artwork is so clear and attractive. Congratulations!

Hi Diana
I love the information you provide about food cravings. I’ve also just commented on and rated your Squidoo lens about junk food (I gave it 5 stars).
I’m currently finishing an ebook in the area of health and fitness (a great passion of mine) - and I’d love to talk to you about doing an interview together on your subject. I think it would complement my ebook very well.
I hope to hear from you soon!

VERY nice. Although, the bad food looks soooooo good to me right now. I’m back on the candida diet and am in the worst cravings part of it. Still don’t feel good either as it’s dying off…so, it all around stinks, but I know I’ll feel better in a month or so.
Bad time of year not to eat sugar, but I can’t help it…I felt too bad to put it off until January.
Hey, if you wanna do a cross blog conversation with me shoot me an email and let me know.
BTW, the header looks great!
Hi Sharon!
Thanks so much for your comments on the artwork. I am very pleased with it too!

Hi Lisa,
Thanks so much for your comments, and also for commenting on my http://www.squidoo.com/junkfoodcravings website! And for rating me with 5 starts!! I appreciate that.
Congratulations on your upcoming ebook on health and fitness, and I see you also sent me an email - and I’ll get back to you really soon regarding an interview possibility.
Thanks!
Diana
Hi Nell (casual friday everyday) !
lol — yes, depending on our mood, our biochemistry, our blood sugar levels, and many factors, those unhealthy foods look very appetizing.
I know you don’t want to hear this but really and truly, I even feel nauseous looking at most junk food….. It definitely takes time and dedication and knowledge and the help of awesome organic fresh plants — It does take rwork and it is a lifelong lifestyle change.
I went “On and Off” junk food for over 20 years — so it is very freeing now for 10 years to feel virtually no cravings for junk food 95% of the time. Rarely, I will find something appetizing that I know is not healthy, but rare occasions can be handled by the body. I know that if I tell myself I can NEVER have something again, then I obsess about it more!!!
It’s not easy, as you are experiencing with the Candida diet. I think it is very difficult though when it is “All or Nothing”. I always keep some “borderline” foods in my diet. Like I’ll have pumpkin pie (made with sugar, wheat and dairy that I ordinarily don’t eat), and I’ll plan for a dessert occasionally, but I always get back on track.
I know it was much more difficult for me when I had children and my Mom depending on me for all their food!! So, with you having your husband and children to cook for — and then make different meals for youself — it is much more challenging.
The cross blog idea is sensational!! I’m somewhat backed up with work and blogs and commitments I have not kept up at the moment, but let’s definitely talk about possibilities, okay?
Thanks!
Diana
Thanks Diana, I really look forward to hearing from you about the interview, I think it will be great and something that will be great for both of our ebooks/websites!
