Four-Step Process.

Steps One: Eliminate Foods & Eat Healthy Foods
Eliminate sugar in all forms, including honey and other natural sugars. Candida yeast thrives on sugar and if you eliminate its food source it will start to die off. For the first part of your healing journey, it’s also a good idea to limit or eliminate fruit. You can introduce fruit in limited amounts after you’ve been eating your Candida Diet for a while.
