		<description>Hi Sandy
Thanks for sharing your story with us. Sorry to hear that you had a head injury. Interesting that you have found that some of the seizures have been triggered by allergic reaction to aspartame. Yes, our body can&#039;t heal when it is constantly bombarded with negative, chemical input.
Wishing you Vibrant Health!

		<description>Hi Jess!
Thanks for commenting on my blog.

Yes, there is lots of hope for you - this is common.

You are doing well to not be using the Aspartame or Splenda drinks and your craving is for the High Fructose Corn Syrup. I see you have signed up for my Cravings Coach newsletter, and I will be providing some information there.

Also, I have solutions at my Diana&#039;s Healthy Lifestyles website.

One of the best ways to come off sodas of all kinds is using the Sunrider Fortune Delight - see http://www.diana2.com/sunrider_fortune_delight.html along with the Sunrider Stevia at http://www.diana2.com/sunnydew.html

We have had much success with this combination, and people notice that drinking this combination helps tremendously with losing the desire for the sodas with high fructose corn syrup.

I&#039;ll be in touch with you.

<description>I have cravings for sweets really bad.
I actually feel angry and irritable when i cut down or out. I otherwise eat very healthy, no high frutose corn syrup in my food but I do drink it in reg soda, no ASPARTAME or splenda, I use organic cane surgar. I just simply crave sweets I even started eating organic sweets and this helped but candy is still junk. Mostly the cravings are at night. Soda is my biggest problem I believe it is the high frutose corn syrup I am addicted to. Although when I have come off soda I replaced it with home brewed tea with sugar. I think this is better but still why do I have such a strong craving for sugar in any form??? I need some help because I know this is destructive but the withdraw is intense. Can you recommend anything.</description>
