I have enjoyed you emails. I plan to get on your program soon. I just have one question… I have heard that apple cider vinegar is good for weight reduction. Is that true and is it healthy?? I have tried 2 tsp a day with V8 juice and 1 tsp cod liver oil. Am I doing good or bad to my body??
OK, I have another question….I heard your interview with Trudy and Dorie. There you mentioned, Beauty Pearl, what is that??
