Everyone in my family seems to crave it
I’ll be tuning into this show after my kids go to bed. I imagine the Candida is my problem, but I’m still interested in hearing other reasons for craving sugar.

My name is Katrina and for the past year I have truly been craving peppermints, cough drops, and any other candy with mint in it. I can eat a whole bag, one that you can get from the Dollar Store that you are suppose to share with others, in two days! I need help! I feel queasy and jittery after eating a lot of them, but can not hardly stop. Is there something that I am lacking as far as vitamins that I am trying to make up for? I work full time, married with five children, attend school full time, and of course at the top of the list is my service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

I know this is a serious problem. Very often the Sugar Cravings you experience are due to Candida.

Hi, I crave sugar, sweets, anything I don’t usually eat or want to eat. Sugar junk.
I will eat it all until it’s finished. This happens once every few months.
I am a healthy eater, I cook with only fresh produce, but this beast comes back and ruins me.
I looked at your list of foods I might be lacking, I eat them all and take vitamins every day.
I am desperate. I don’t know why I can’t stop this from happening to me and why other times I have absolutely no craving at all – “I don’t eat junk!”
