Why do I have Salt Cravings?

Why do I have Salt Cravings?

I have been asked this question a lot recently.

Possible reasons:

1.  Your body is accustomed to lots of salt, and gets used to it, so you crave salt

2.  You have adrenal exhaustion  (I’ll write more about this later)

3.  You are depleted in certain trace minerals.

4.  Potassium/sodium ratio is completely out of balance in your body.  (I’ll write more about this later).

If you have serious salt cravings, be sure to check with your physician.
