<description>Hi Liz, Thank you for your comment regarding your Mom being addicted to caffeine.
The first thing is that your Mom will want to get off caffeine/coffee. Unless she is willing to try, and unless she sees that it could in fact the the cause of her problems, she may not be successful in kicking the caffeine habit, since it is very tenacious! and prevalent in our lives!
Two things I can suggest:
1. Magnesium supplement from the health food store or online
2. B Vitamin Complex
Because she is depleting her body of these and will really need to replace those essential elements, and they can help her with her energy levels.

The only thing that REALLY worked for me personally when I was drinking 8 cups of coffee a day, very addicted, and would go through withdrawal every time I tried to stop, was Sunrider Calli Tea!
Watch my video here: http://youtu.be/2BMk6ibJEek

Many people have been able to get off coffee and other caffeinated products with Sunrider Calli Tea and/or Fortune Delight
http://diana1.com/does-sunrider-calli-and-fortune-delight-have-caffeine/

You can order Sunrider Calli Tea and Fortune Delight here:
http://opp.sunrider.com/vitalityplus or contact me (I see you are on my newsletter list) - if you want more information.
Wishing you (and your Mom!) Freedom from Cravings!
