To me, the OUTSTANDING qualities that Dr. Paul Bragg had, and the life-changing experience of working for him and studying under him, far outweigh any discussion that is now – 30 years later – happening on the internet.

I can only speak from my heart. He was the single biggest influence in my life regarding nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle.

He was an AMAZING individual and mentor.

Dr. Bragg had the energy of a 30 year old (I was in my late 20s). He was very dedicated. He influenced thousands of people worldwide.

I have wonderful things to say about Dr. Paul Bragg, and my time learning from him. I still have 2 of his books with autographs. And I’m not usually someone who holds onto a lot of things from the past.

I worked for Dr. Paul Bragg and studied under him for 2 years - and here are photos from that time:

<a href="http://tinyurl.com/3bcoxf" rel="nofollow">http://tinyurl.com/3bcoxf</a>

He was an inspiration to many people and he was known to be 95 years old when these photos were taken in 1976.

I understand that different cravings can be a sign of deficiencies in our bodies; i.e. chewing ice = iron deficiency. I'm desperately trying to uncover any such message that might be associated with my recent, and very strong mustard cravings. I am finding nothing on the subject of mustard. Can you help? Thank you.

[...] You can use Kelp-based salt substitutes. One of my favorites is Bragg Sprinkle All Natural Herb and Spice Seasoning. Remember one of my health coaches and mentors was Dr. Paul Bragg. [...]
