It stayed fresh for 2 weeks in the fridge, and it was thick but delicious. I&#039;m sure that it has fantastic health benefits too.</description>

So I decided to post my reply here:

LOL -- no I don&#039;t eat raw potatoes - but the photos are for the demo!! -- to show that we lose so much of the &quot;aliveness&quot; of raw foods when we juice them - and that blending the live raw foods in a blender, making smoothies, will keep more of the live enzymes intact!!

Of course we all know that cooking and overcooking and microwaving vegetables and fruit can destroy nutrients - but this was new to me - that the juicing itself breaks down the nutrition and exposes it to oxygen, so it oxydizes and preserves less nutrition.

This information will probably only appeal to people who obssess about the nutritional values and potential of everything, like myself!!... Read More

That&#039;s why I eat the Sunrider nutrition - because Dr. Chen has done all the work for us, and has retained the powerful nutrition!!
