Hi Kim, Thanks for your comments. So glad that my Stevia information is helpful, and that you already are a Stevia user. Isn't it wondeful, to have the sweet taste, but no calories, and lots of nutritional benefits?

I use 2 Sunrider natural formulas, and if you would like more information, be sure to check out http://www.diana2.com and subscribe to my newsletter where I provide more detailed information on the benefits, and how to purchase the whole food versions that I enjoy.
Thanks again for your question!

Thanks Diana, this was very helpful. I use SweetLeaf stevia and I am so happy with it. I called SweetLeaf and they told me that the way they process their liquid stevia is by taking the white extract powder out and mixing it with purified water. Can I just vent a little and say that I'm very upset with Whole Foods. The reason why is because they don't carry sweetleaf anymore. They only want to carry their own brand. Argh! Where do you purchase your stevia? Thx
